Customer Rating: Summary: Wholly recommended for die hard Autocad users Comment: As Revit is a totally new/ different concept to Autocad and it requires a bit of effort to grasp, this book is a valuable resource and it will prepare you well for the fast approaching BIM. I have tried Triforma from Bentley before and I hated it, most intellectual wankers use it or rather abuse it and use it senselessly...I have fallen in love with Revit and this book certainly helped me to understand Revit's incredible power...fully recomended reading...jisco- architect, Melbourne, Australia
Customer Rating: Summary: Slow to learn Comment: Needs simple illustrations not long descriptions. You can not quickly learn
you must go through long excercises instead of short descriptions with drawing. The problem is I have not seen anything different for Revit or Architectural Desktop.
Customer Rating: Summary: Mastering Autodeak Revit Building Comment: When you do a search for Revit 8.0 this book comes up as a suggestion, but beware. It is only for 8.1 because the files only work in 8.1. That makes the book totally useless to Revit 8.0 users.
Customer Rating: Summary: Good Transaction Comment: Good transaction, exactly what was advertised. No pain, just smooth deal. No hesitation
Customer Rating: Summary: Very Good Comment: This book does a good job of teaching you how to do specific things in Revit. However, some of the techniques it teaches are a little too specific to the Sample Files that it uses to teach the techniques. But still does a very good job.
