Customer Rating: Summary: Nothing great - Outdated Comment: There really isn't a lot of good information to be learned from in this text. A good deal of the story is spent talking about how she couldn't leave her bum boyfriend, who didn't work nor did he help in any way, because she would miss him. The reason she got into this trade was because her small salary was not enough to support her children and this man. She talks a lot about check fraud which is almost nonexistent today and lightly touches on identity theft and how social engineering can you past requirements like ID. Overall the book is not technical but more like a blog post which shares details like emotion and hard times.
Customer Rating: Summary: "...An eye opening read..." Comment: "What everyone needs to know about protecting themselves from identity theft and fraud can be found in the brutally honest book Insider's Secrets To Identity Theft & Fraud: What They Don't Want You To Know."
"This insightful look at the mindset and tenacity of a woman addicted to committing crime will shock you and make you rethink how you handle your social security number, identification, credit cards and credit history."
"This book is truly an eye opening read that reveals just how simple it is for your information to get in the wrong hands, making you a victim to this vastly growing epidemic."
"This is definitely a book to read."
