Comment: This video tutorial as well as the essential training from [...] is great.
If you are just begining coldfusion i highly recommend this series. The author really walks you though step by step setting up everything, and coding a robust first application. With exercise files for every chapter even if you get lost, you can see the finished files for each chapter to help you through this series.
That combined with the friendly coldfusion community will have you up and developing your own dynamic web pages in coldfusion in nothing flat.
If you are an experienced programmer you might want to just pay [...] for a month, it might save you a few bucks. However I think buy the title for the exercise files alone may help speed your development, as having someone explain the obvious to you can be frustrating. With the files you can look at the solutions, and fast forward to the parts you need to clear up.
