Summary: Excellent explanation
Comment: This book explains SQL well. In no time, I was able to understand exactly what SQL was, and what its commands were. I highly recommend this book for learning SQL. My one qualm with the book is that it assumes you are using an interface directly to the database server - I would like to write software that interfaces with the database server. I will need to find another source to accomplish this. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this book.
