Motion Blur Effect

1. Take first image(road image).

2. Apply effect from menu Flter/Blur/Radial Blur.

3. In the Radial Blur window select Amount=50, Blur   Method=Zoom, Quality=Best
4. Use Amount option as required.
5. Now take 2nd image(jet plane). Cut the plane with Lasso Tool & paste on first image.

6. Here is the speeding jet plane.
