Summary: Hands down the best book available on search engine marketing
Comment: I purchased this book 2 months ago with the intention of trying to move my website up in the search engine rankings. I think every person that is responsible for search engine marketing dreams about what being ranked on the first page of Google would mean to your respective business. When I started this book my website was not ranked within the top 100 results on Google. Now we are on the first page for our targeted keywords. There is no question that optimizing your web site for the search engines is a lot of work and that it takes a very diligent effort to do it the right way. Showing you how to optimize your site the right way is what this book is all about. In truth, to me the book is worth 10 times what I paid for it. If you are interested in setting your web site up for success then this book is a must have.

Summary: A Great Book from the Experts at IBM
Comment: I recently purchased this book because I am in the early stages understanding the marketing of Search Engine Optimization-Organic.

While the text material is great, there is more to Marketing than
SEO.

Marketing on Web2.0 is as effective in my opinion. I am not a fan of
Banners. Blogging is going to be huge.

I've worked in high tech field for over 15 years, mostly startups in
Silicon Valley from my home in Massachusetts. I sold over ten million
dollars worth of software and training in Electronic Design, all over the Internet. I know the power of Internet Selling and how to position a company on the Internet.

If you are a startup and need advice I welcome you to email me.
There is a lot of ways you can market yourself without spending any
money on the internet and get noticed!

Summary: Sensational Book!
Comment: Of all the books I've looked at for Search Engine Marketing/Optimization, this book is by far the best! The chapters on content writing and link building are worth the price of the book by themselves!

Summary: SEO Bible - The only book you need to read
Comment: While this book is over 500 pages long, it is packed with tactical knowledge that will take a beginner to expert in Search Engine Marketing! Highly recommend...

Summary: The Best
Comment: I've read a dozen or so books on SEO. As owner of an SEO forum and an SEO service company, I rarely find print material that is actually on the level of the information that is readily available for free. Getting Hits by Don Sellers was disappointingly amateurish. Internet Marketing for Dummies by Frank Catalano and Bud Smith was full of cliches and probably counterproductive.

Search Engine Marketing Inc by Mike Moran and Bill Hunt was a shocker. I never expected this level of SEO knowledge in a book. And biggest shocker of all, it's accurate!

If you're serious about SEO, this one is a must-read.
