Summary: Worth every penny and every minute spent reading
Comment: I never bought any "for Dummies" books, I'm not a dummy, and don't want to be called one. But the reviews for this book made me buy it anyway, and I'm glad I did. Peter Kent writes with clarity, humor, and very matter-of fact. It all makes sense to me now, where before there was chaos... I made whatever changes were applicable to my site, and I saw the results. Couldn't be happier.

Summary: Comprehensive & easy to understand - perfect for those of us wanting to learn all about SEO
Comment: This is an excellent book. I am now very comfortable speaking with web developers regarding the key considerations of SEO and how the site needs to be developed, from both the architectural and text/copy aspects of SEO.
It's also taught me all about directories and getting the best out of links.
Well done Peter, 10 out of 10, a great book.

Comment: I skimmed through the book and followed maybe 25% of the suggestions and made a huge profit from my website this year. I plan on reading through all of it to make more money. This is a great book and I appreciated how well the author simplified and explained things.

Comment: EXCELLENT BOOK! I purchased this book from Amazon two weeks ago, and as geeky as it may sound, I cannot put it down! It is interesting and an easy read as well. When I purchased the book, I really didn't have any expectations because there were so many of its kind available, but I definitely hit the jackpot on this one! As you can tell, I'm really excited about it! I am in the process of optimizing my Web site in conjunction with reading the book. I am a new Web designer in the business, and I am thankful that I found this gem. I highly recommend you purchase this book and learn the importance of SEO. You won't be sorry!

Summary: I Went From Nowhere to #1
Comment: Rarely have I come across a book that made so much of a difference so fast. While I am a long time fan of the "Dummies" books, none have helped me the way this one has.
I'd put a website together to promote my book "Building a PC for Beginners". It was being totally ignored by the search engines. After applying the techniques Mr. Kent describes, pages from my site grabbed the #1 and #2 spots at MSN, for my book's title.
