Customer Rating: Summary: Well Named Comment: Every one who uses Adobe Photoshop Elements should have this book. It is well written and covers Elements exhaustively and understandably.
Customer Rating: Summary: A Big Help Comment: An easy to understand helpful book. Much easier than trying to follow the help screens in the program. Worth the money
Customer Rating: Summary: Review of PhotoShop Element 6 Comment: This book has a lot of information, however it is not easy to use. To deal with a specific topic or issue, you end up jumping to different areas of the book. It is better than nothing, but not user friendly, especially for someone new to Photoshop.
Customer Rating: Summary: Well worth the cost Comment: This book is well worth the price. In fact, the brief mention of getting the camera RAW converter plug-in from Adobe and instructions on how to use it was worth the price of the book.
Not only that, but the author provides her email address in the front of the book, and will actually answer any questions you have concerning anything you don't understand. I find this fact amazing. I cannot imagine where she gets the time to do this.
Since I have several years experience with an ancient Photoshop 6, this may have helped me when referring to the book, but it also gives me preconceived notions of how to do things that are not necessarily correct in relation to Elements 6, so I find the book very useful.
Customer Rating: Summary: Photoshop Comment: Book is full of good info. Little overwhelming. My first usage with this kind og program. So book is good to help me for the most part. Every once in a while differance between reading what the book says to do and actually doing it. But for the most part I put that to inexperiance on my part. Would liked to have spent a bit less on it though. Over all I like it quite a bit.
