Comment: Photoshop Elements is one of the Best Photo Editing software programs available!! Numbers one thru five have many nice features, and version six has all of them and more.

Summary: rebate not received yet
Comment: I upgraded this product because it was a good price - once I get the rebate. I have used this product faithfully for years, and love it...just thought for a good price I would add extra features which come with the upgrade. I mailed my rebate request on 7-19 and today (8-27) it still has not yet appeared. I have not yet installed v6 because I always wait until a purchase transaction is completed. Hopefully, the rebate will arrive soon.

Summary: Grey background and white text are hard to read.
Comment: I own Photoshop CS and Elements 5, and I recently purchased Elements 6. I was very disapointed to see that in Elements 6, they have changed to a grey background with white text. This is much more dificult to read than the previous versions and causes eye strain. Not all of us are young with 20/20 vision. I think this is one of the worst mistakes Adobe has made, they obviously did not look into this thoroughly. I also purchased Scott Kelby's book on Elements 6. The only way you can read the text on the example windows shown in the book is to use a magnifying glass. Photoshop has been a great program in the past, but this blunder will send some customers looking for a different program they can read.

Comment: We bought this software because we had never learned to work with our digital photos. WWhen we signed up for a photoshop class at the senior center, and they were using this product. It is really impressive.
